Darren is our Award winning cocktail instructor. He loves to serve his cocktails with flair!

In his spare time he’s our very own Martial arts medal winner and he loves to pretend he is good at karaoke…
COCKTAIL MASTERCLASS FAQ's
What time will the class start?
The Masterclass starts at 4pm and ends at 6pm.
How many people?
Minimum 6 people.
How long is the course?
2 hours.
You’re welcome to book the Karaoke room or a drinks table afterwards to carry your party on in style.
How many cocktails will I make?
You will each make up to 3/4 cocktails, classics or your own creation, and we are confident that every cocktail prepared will be shared with love and enthusiasm. Finally to make sure that you’ve
understood the course we will finish with a competition to see how good you can be.
The method you learn will set you up with hundreds of delicious types of cocktails you can make at home.
How do I book?

(I’m afraid Cocktail classes are not available in December).
How much is it?
£50 per head – food not included (but can be purchased separately).
Includes 2 hour karaoke room hire afterwards.
What if I don't drink alcohol? Non-alcoholic options?
Non-alcoholic option available where guests can make the same cocktails but use non-alcoholic spirits.
Please let us know how many guests require non-alcoholic spirits when booking.
What do I need to bring?
All necessary equipment and supplies will be provided, just turn up thirsty and with your best smile.
Where will my class take place?
At The Old School Yard near London Bridge.
The class will take place at the vibrant main bar, located in the centre of the venue, surrounded by the excitement and energy of the space!
